The venue was in a central location close to the S-Bahn, which is three stops from the Reeperbahn. A cool bonus was Cafe May nearby, offering tea and coffee.

The staff new we were all there for the Europa League final and could not have been more accomodating to our party of 8 adults and 3 children. This hotel is ideally located for the Nordbank Arena and could be walked in 30 mins. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Really liked it. Location worked for us. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is very very friendly. Breakfast is delicious, loads of choices and can't be beat. Noise from Kieler Strasse can't be heard through superior windows.

Although the rooms were very nice and tidy, my room was on the ground floor facing Kieler Strasse. The hotel is lit at night by spotlights which shone into my room. Unfortunately, there are no black-out blinds, so sleeping without a sleep mask was not possible.

The hotel was very modern and good value for the price. It's a bit basic - no phone or fridge in the room, no laundry service etc - but that was fine as I was only needing to sleep there and didn't spend much time in the room. The breakfast was good value at 7.50euros and was delicious! Breakfast includes 24 hours free wi-fi which also came in handy. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing - a good place to wind down with a beer after a days sightseeing. Most of the guests seemed to be business travellers. It's on a main road in a suburban area, but there are a few places to eat not very far away, a bus stop out the front and the UBahn station about 10 minutes walk away, so the location is quite good. It's not too far from the airport, about 20-30 minutes in a taxi.

The location in Hamburg was perfect, close to the S-Bahn and the city centre or other places of interest. The staff was super-friendly during my entire stay. The guest room was spotless and practical, equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

There are many. First, the rooms are way too small, the shower door is so small that water splashes onto the floor.To quote the modern design masters, "form does not follow functions". The hotel and staff are too strict. They advertise free wifi internet, but the staff are too strict on how and where you can use it. They want to charge for every little things that make it too annoying. A lot of the guests are foreign visitors, so this can especially feel like BAD customer service to those of us that are accustom to good service in the hospitality industry.

Stylish atmosphere and good public transport

Woken at 5am every morning from traffic noise even on the 4th floor. The hotel is on a road with 6 lanes of busy traffic.
